Delivery Information

We ship orders with DPD, DHL eCommerce and Trunkrs. The shipping options available for your order and delivery address are shown during checkout.

Delivery times

Our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders are only processed and dispatched on working days. Public holidays may affect order processing and delivery.

DPD – home delivery or collection point

Orders shipped with DPD are processed on working days until 16:00 Dutch local time. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days after the order has been handed over to DPD. International deliveries may take longer.

For example, if you order on Friday at 17:00, your order will be processed on the next working day, normally Monday.

DHL eCommerce – delivery in the Netherlands and Europe

We offer DHL eCommerce for various destinations. Orders containing in-stock products are processed and handed over to DHL on working days.

Typical delivery times after handover to DHL are:

• The Netherlands: usually 1 working day.
• Germany, Luxembourg and Poland: usually 2 working days.
• France, Austria, Italy, Spain and Denmark: usually 3 working days.
• Greece: usually 6 to 7 working days.

For Belgium, please check the tracking information for the latest delivery estimate. These delivery times are estimates. Deliveries to remote areas and islands may take longer.

Please note for Denmark: our DHL Parcel Connect service only delivers to collection points in Denmark. This option is only available when you can select a suitable collection point during checkout.

Trunkrs – Same Day Delivery

We also offer Trunkrs Same Day Delivery within the Netherlands. Order on a working day before 10:00 Dutch local time and choose Trunkrs to normally receive your order that evening, provided all products are in stock.

Example: an order placed on Monday at 09:00 will normally be delivered on Monday evening. An order placed on Friday at 11:00 will next be processed on Monday and normally delivered on Monday evening.

Trunkrs delivers in the evening on working days. This service is only available for eligible delivery addresses in the Netherlands where the option is offered during checkout.

Please note: these processing times apply to products that are in stock. If a product is out of stock, delivery may take longer. We will contact you about delivery if necessary.

DPD shipping costs – Home delivery

The following charges apply to DPD home delivery. DPD home delivery is free for orders reaching the stated order value.

DPD shipping costs – Collection point

You can also have your order delivered to a DPD collection point, where this option is available for your order and delivery address. Select your collection point during checkout.

DHL eCommerce shipping costs

The following DHL eCommerce rates apply to standard parcels. In Denmark, delivery is to a collection point. Standard DHL shipping is free for orders reaching the stated order value.

Different shipping options or rates may apply to large or heavy products and certain delivery areas. The available options and total shipping costs are displayed before you complete your order.

Trunkrs shipping costs – Same Day Delivery

Trunkrs Same Day Delivery is available for eligible delivery addresses in the Netherlands.

Order before 10:00 Dutch local time on a working day and choose Trunkrs for delivery that evening, provided the products are in stock.

All listed shipping costs include VAT. Free shipping applies to the relevant shipping method.

Which carrier will deliver my order?

Your order will be shipped with DPD, DHL eCommerce or Trunkrs, depending on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. The available options and their costs are displayed during checkout.

With DPD, you can choose home delivery or delivery to a DPD collection point where available. DHL eCommerce is available for various destinations in the Netherlands and Europe. Trunkrs Same Day Delivery is also available for eligible delivery addresses in the Netherlands.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive the available tracking information by email. This allows you to check the current shipment status and expected delivery.

Products out of stock

If an ordered product is not currently in stock, delivery times may differ from those stated above. Depending on the expected availability, we will assess whether your order can be shipped together. If necessary, a missing product may be sent separately later at no additional shipping cost.

Payment information

Online payments are processed through Pay.nl. The available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

The stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular shipping method. Carrier delays, busy periods, public holidays and other exceptional circumstances may affect the actual delivery time.
