Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return it or part of it without giving any reason, the so-called cooling off period. After we have received the product, you will receive the full purchase amount back on the account with which the order was paid within ten working days.
Your order can only be returned if the products are complete, undamaged and unused (not been assembled). The return costs are at your own expense.
Defective product
We ask you to check your order after receipt. If your order is damaged, defective or the product you have received visibly deviates from what you have ordered, please contact our customer service. Jos Dijkman will ensure free replacement or exchange of these articles. Do not use incorrectly delivered items! Only unused products are eligible for free replacement.
Note: Jos Dijkman is not obliged to replace the item when the deviation is too minor to justify the replacement.
The return procedure:

Follow the steps in our return portal. You can view your order by filling in your postcode and order number or track and trace number. Then select the parts you want to return / bring back*. Then fill in the reason. We only offer the option 'receive money back' in the next step. You can now choose whether you want to bring the item(s) back to our store, or receive a DHL Return label. The costs of the DHL return label are €7.50. You can download the return label, print it out, stick it on the box and bring it to the indicated delivery point. You will receive a message when we have processed your return.

You can return the items you ordered on the webshop to our store free of charge. Also follow the steps via our return portal for this. After handing in your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days.
