Airsal 80cc (50mm) Cylinder Kit – GY6 / Kymco 50cc 4-Stroke – Aluminium

The Airsal 80cc cylinder kit is a performance upgrade for GY6 and Kymco 50cc 4-stroke engines (139QMA / 139QMB). This aluminium big bore cylinder significantly improves torque and overall performance compared to the standard 50cc setup.

With a 50 mm bore (approx. 81.3cc), this kit delivers noticeably stronger low and mid-range power, making it ideal for daily use and improved acceleration.

Manufactured from high-quality aluminium, it ensures excellent heat dissipation. Thanks to the specially designed piston, this cylinder can be installed using the original cylinder head and original crankshaft.

Important: Check before installation whether the cylinder skirt fits inside the crankcase. The skirt diameter is 54 mm. In some cases, minor crankcase modification may be required.
