Airsal / Eurokit 80cc Racing 50mm Cylinder Kit – Derbi D50B0 (2006+) – Vertex Piston

The Airsal / Eurokit 80cc Racing cylinder kit is a high-performance aluminium upgrade for Derbi and Gilera manual models equipped with the D50B0 engine (from 2006, Euro 3 / 4).

With a 50 mm bore, this cylinder delivers approximately 78.5 – 80cc displacement. It features 5 transfer ports and a bridged (butterfly) exhaust port for strong high-rpm performance.

The kit includes a high-quality Vertex single-ring piston and a high compression cylinder head. The aluminium construction ensures excellent heat dissipation and reliable performance.

For optimal performance, at least a 19mm carburetor, a suitable sports exhaust and a reinforced crankshaft are recommended.
