Brake Caliper Rebuild Kit AJP 32x13mm – Made in EU

If your brake caliper is stuck or not functioning properly, it's often due to corroded pistons. This high-quality rebuild kit solves that issue. Designed for AJP brake calipers with 32x13mm pistons, made in the EU for top reliability.

Installation instructions:

1. Remove the brake caliper from your scooter or moped
2. Loosen the banjo bolt (you will need to bleed the system afterward)
3. Split the caliper into two parts
4. Use compressed air to remove the pistons (cover with a cloth!)
5. Take out old o-rings and clean the interior thoroughly with brake cleaner
6. Lubricate the new seals lightly with silicone grease, petroleum jelly, or bearing grease (do not use WD40)
7. Insert new o-rings and press pistons in by hand
8. Replace center o-ring and reassemble the caliper
9. Refit and bleed your brake system
