Carburetor PHBH 28mm YSN with Manual Choke – Dell'Orto Replacement

The YSN PHBH 28mm carburetor is a premium replica of the original Dell'Orto model. With excellent build quality and 99% interchangeable parts, it serves as an ideal replacement for the original unit.

One of the main advantages of the PHBH series is its ease of tuning and resistance to weather-related performance changes. It provides clear feedback on whether the mixture is too rich or too lean, making adjustments straightforward. The manual choke ensures simple and effective control.

Recommended baseline setup:

• Atomizer: AV264
• Needle: X2 or X3
• Idle jet: 55
• Main jet: 120-145
• Slide: 30 (rich) or 40 (lean)

Note: If fuel delivery issues are suspected, we recommend upgrading to a larger float valve (#250). For BS version, the adjustment screws are on the left side in the intake direction.
