Top Performances TPR 80cc Cylinder Kit 50mm – Derbi NT D50B0 Euro 3 / 4

The Top Performances TPR 80cc is a high-quality cast iron sport cylinder designed for Derbi NT D50B0 (Euro 3 / Euro 4) engines from 2006 onwards. With a 50mm bore, displacement increases to approximately 80cc, delivering significantly more power and torque than the standard 50cc cylinder.

The cylinder features 5 transfer ports and an oval exhaust port to maximize gas flow and midrange performance. The included high-compression cylinder head ensures improved cooling and efficient combustion.

With the proper setup — such as a 19–24mm carburetor and a suitable race exhaust — 12 to 14 hp can be achieved. For long-term durability, a reinforced crankshaft is recommended.
