Stage6 Big Racing 77cc Cylinder Kit 50mm – Derbi EBE050 / EBS050 (Pre-2006)

The Stage6 Big Racing 77cc cylinder kit is designed for Derbi EBE050 and EBS050 engines (up to 2006) and represents top-level performance in the 77cc class. Developed in collaboration with MXS Racing, this aluminium big bore cylinder combines impressive power with high reliability.

With a 50 mm bore, displacement increases to 77cc. The cylinder features 5 transfer ports and a butterfly exhaust port for maximum gas flow. The included high-quality Vertex 1-ring piston and high-compression cylinder head ensure strong and efficient combustion.

Performance:
With a fairly standard setup (24mm carburetor, standard crankcase, stock ignition and race exhaust), Stage6 measured approximately 23 hp and 13 Nm on their P4 test bench.
