Innovative Assembly:

This 95cc version offers, unlike competitors, completely redesigned exhaust and transfer ports. Expect a realistic power of 24 - 26 hp, of course in combination with the right setup. We recommend the DDL Big-Bore 95 exhaust.

Installation instructions: The cylinder has a 52mm piston and a stroke of 44mm, combined with a 90mm connecting rod, for 50cc scooters with a Minarelli horizontal LC engine. Important: use a crankshaft with a stroke of 44mm and a 90mm connecting rod for optimal performance. The crankcase must be modified to mount the cylinder base.
