Crankshaft Stage6 HPC stroke 55mm / connecting rod 105mm for Piaggio / Gilera 125 - 180 cc 2-stroke, the perfect complement to original and sport cylinders, whether it comes to moderate or greatly increased performance. The Stage6 crankshaft also meets ambitious requirements, especially when it comes to engines with significantly higher performance.
The high-quality solid crankshaft is internally lightened on the shoulder side in such a way that excellent balancing is achieved with the opposing copper balance weights. The result: a smooth engine operation for a wide range of applications, whether it's for street, circuit or sprint racing. The high-quality forged connecting rod with silver forged finish completes the whole.
In this version, the connecting rod is 105 mm long, with a crankshaft stroke of 55 mm. The modified piston stroke from 52 to 55 mm increases the engine displacement from 175 to 185 cc, resulting in more torque and peak power across the entire rev range. A cylinder head spacer is needed to adjust the length of the stroke and the timing. These are included in the delivery and allow plug & play installation.
