Kit Contents:

• Nikasil-coated aluminum cylinder with 6 scavenge ports and a split exhaust port

• HQ piston with extra thin piston ring

• R/T exhaust flange + adapter plate

• R/T cylinder spacer / adapter plate, groundbreaking new design

Innovative Mounting: The special adapter plate is attached to the engine block, and the cylinder is mounted via external bolts without bolts running through the cylinder. This design gives tuners countless possibilities to adjust and optimize the engine without the usual restrictions. A Viton O-ring seal between the adapter plate and the cylinder ensures that future adjustments are unnecessary.

Performance: The Stage6 R/T 70cc Cylinder kit MKI for Yamaha Aerox delivers a power of 20 to 22 hp and is among the top of the 70cc high-end race kits on the market. The thermal properties are excellent - the combustion chamber is attached to the cylinder at five points, each with its own cooling bag. This stabilizes these critical areas, minimizing the risk of the piston seizing.

Installation Instructions: The 70cc cylinder must be mounted with an 85mm long stroke crankshaft, we recommend the Stage6 crankshaft. The engine case needs to be slightly modified to make room for the cylinder base (Ø 56.1mm +/- 0.1mm, 10mm deep). An instruction manual is included.

Notes: The cylinder only fits the Stage6 R/T exhaust for Minarelli without further adjustments due to the differing angle from the original.
