Innovative Design and Assembly: The Stage6 R/T 95cc cylinder kit is not just an enlarged version of the 70cc. The transfer and exhaust ports have been redesigned for an authentic 95cc experience. With a power output of 24 - 26 hp, this kit ranks among the top of high-end race kits on the market.

The special adapter plate is attached to the engine block and the cylinder is mounted via external bolts, without any bolts running through the cylinder. This design offers tuners numerous possibilities to modify and optimize the engine without the usual limitations. A Viton O-ring seal between adapter plate and cylinder ensures that future adjustments are unnecessary.

Excellent Thermal Properties: The combustion chamber is attached to the cylinder at five points, each with its own cooling pocket. These critical areas are thus stabilized and the risk of the piston seizing is minimized. The coated Vertex piston ensures a shorter running-in period and has better emergency running properties, forgiving minor errors.

The exhaust flange is secured with 3 bolts and is suitable for Stage6 R/T exhausts; other flange types are available.

Important Installation Instructions: The crankcase must be modified to make room for the cylinder base (Ø 58.4mm +/- 0.1mm, 10mm deep). Instructions are included. Use only Stage6 spare parts to prevent damage to the kit. For optimal performance, a crankshaft with a stroke of 44mm, a connecting rod of 90mm, and a piston pin of 14mm are necessary.
