The famous 70ccm High-End Racing Cylinder from Stage6 R/T has broken numerous records, achieved many victories, and won countless prizes. And now, this powerful 70ccm masterpiece from the Stage6 R/T Racing workshop is finally available for Minarelli AM6 engines.

The Kit Includes:

·         Aluminum cylinder with a bore of 47.6 mm, equipped with 6 scavenging ports and a split exhaust

·         High-quality piston (12 mm piston pin) with high-performance piston ring

·         High-compression cylinder head, split, with removable combustion chamber (orange anodized)

·         R/T spacer / adapter plate with innovative mounting design

·         CNC-machined exhaust adapter

Innovative Mounting:

The truly groundbreaking feature of this kit is the mounting of the cylinder spacer / adapter plate. The CNC-machined adapter plate is screwed onto the engine housing and carries the cylinder via external studs. This eliminates continuous studs, which frees up space for further performance-enhancing adjustments of the exhaust and scavenging channels.

High-End Racing Performance:

This cylinder offers unparalleled performance – up to 24 HP is possible with the right tuning components. The thermals are excellent thanks to the five-fold attachment of the combustion chamber, where each attachment is cooled separately. Critical points that often lead to piston seizure are eliminated.

Installation Instructions:

The cylinder can be mounted Plug & Play on all engine housings that were originally equipped with an aluminum cylinder kit. For newer AM6 engines with a cast iron cylinder, a slight adjustment is needed to fit the cylinder base.
