This is a 50cc sport cylinder made of aluminum with a high-resistant Nikasil coating. The cylinder is designed for daily use.

Delivery includes:

• 50cc cylinder with 40 mm bore, aluminum, 5 flood gates (intake) and 1 exhaust with boost ports
• 2-ring piston
• 1-piece aluminum cylinder head, high compression
• Gasket set (foot and head gaskets)

The design of this cylinder is based on that of its big brother, the Stage6 Big Racing. Here too you will find the engraved 49 cm³ marking. With the 50 mm bore of the Big Racing as a basis, this 50cc cylinder also allows for large intake ports and a large cooling volume.

In terms of performance, the Sport MKII can easily stand at the top of comparable sports models. The generous intake ports ensure good filling, and the exhaust supported by boost ports ensures optimal exhaust cleaning. The timing (118° - 181°) offers a wide range of use and guarantees an optimized engine characteristic and a lot of driving pleasure over a wide speed range.

For maximum reliability, Stage6 has chosen a 2-ring piston. The use of such a 2-ring piston slightly reduces the performance of the cylinder, but significantly increases the lifespan of the cylinder. The construction of this cylinder, as mentioned earlier, is based on the large Stage6 Big Racing and, like this one, has a large volume cooling system, so the engine can be cooled efficiently while driving.

To fully utilize the performance of this Stage6 MKII Sport 50cc cylinder, we recommend combining it with a minimum 21 mm carburetor and a Stage6 Streetrace exhaust (or a similar model). Note, if your crankshaft has already run more than 5000 kilometers, we recommend replacing it with a new, reinforced crankshaft.
