ECU Vespa Primavera / Sprint E5 Unrestricted BGM

In the new Piaggio Euro5 engine generation, a technical intervention is no longer that simple. Without adjusting the engine management system, it is no longer possible to implement the throttle body on Piaggio Liberty, Zip 50cc or Vespa Primavera and Sprint 50cc with Euro5 injection system.

The BGM throttle body kit provides a solution and has a modified ECU / CDI ignition module that does NOT need to be learned with an engine tester on the vehicle. It's enough to simply plug it in! The ECU is recognized by the Piaggio diagnostic device during a workshop visit and is not displayed as an error message. To prevent the engine from revving too high, the speed of the BGM ECU is locked at 10,000 rpm.

There are two anti-theft screws installed on the cover of the variator, these are replaced by the two Piaggio OEM screws that are included. Variator rollers and clutch springs suitable for the new engine power are included in the kit. A plug, which is needed on the inlet pipe, is included.

BGM offers here a complete and easy-to-install kit to limit new Piaggio / Vespa Euro5 engines with fuel injection. No tuning or engine tester needed!
