LED lighting is very sensitive to alternating current. On the newer zip models, the lighting is turned on directly when you put the scooter on contact. This is constant voltage, and it is best for LED lighting. When the lights only go on at the moment you start the scooter, it is important that you ensure that a constant plus is pulled to the lights, so that this lighting will also light up when you put the scooter on contact.
