The Malossi MHR Testa Rossa 100cc Ø52mm cylinder kit is the most powerful thermal unit ever made by Malossi, delivering over 32 HP at 14,000 RPM. Designed exclusively for flanged-mount RC-One and C-One engine cases, this is a true high-end racing component.

Key features:

• 7 transfer ports with additional boosters opposite the exhaust
• Close-deck structure with modular cylinder head
• Bore: Ø52 mm – requires 47 mm stroke and 100 mm connecting rod
• Custom flange exhaust port with O-ring seal – no leaks

Installation notes:

• Crankcase machining required to fit long stroke crankshaft and rod
• Transfer ports need to be matched for full performance

This kit ensures reduced piston/bearing load, minimized friction, and less vibration/noise – resulting in better efficiency. A 30–34 mm carburetor and Malossi crankshaft (100 mm rod) are strongly recommended for optimal performance.
