Malossi Sport 90cc 53mm Cylinder Kit – Honda MBX80 MTX80 NSR75 LC

The Malossi Sport 53mm cylinder kit is a powerful upgrade for Honda MBX80, MTX80 and NSR75 liquid-cooled 2-stroke engines.

This cylinder is often advertised online as a “110cc” Malossi kit, but the actual displacement is approximately 90cc when used with the standard 41 mm stroke of the 80cc Honda engine.

With a 53 mm bore, the cylinder delivers significantly more torque and power compared to the original setup. Manufactured from high-quality cast iron, it features an oval exhaust port and 5 transfer ports for efficient gas flow.

The durable construction makes it suitable for sporty street use and performance-oriented builds.
