Metrakit Pro Race 4 80cc (50mm) Cylinder Kit – Derbi NT 2006+ D50B0 – Aluminium

The Metrakit Pro Race 4 80cc cylinder kit is designed for maximum performance on Derbi motorcycles from 2006 onwards (Euro3 & Euro4) with D50B0 engine.

With a 50mm bore (approx. 78cc), this high-performance racing cylinder delivers impressive power gains, strong acceleration and high RPM capability. The Pro Race 4 represents the latest generation from Metrakit, known for its outstanding finishing and premium materials.

Manufactured from aluminium, the cylinder ensures optimal heat dissipation and consistent performance under heavy load. Featuring advanced port timing (195º exhaust timing) and a 1:14.5 compression ratio, this is a true racing cylinder for serious tuners.

No crankcase modifications are required. However, a reinforced crankshaft is strongly recommended. For best performance, we advise using a larger carburetor (e.g. Polini CP series) and a Big Bore exhaust system (such as SCR Corse or Voca). Proper jetting and tuning are essential.
