Installation Tip

We recommend mounting the exhaust using a silent rubber support. Excessive vibrations may cause the rivets in the aluminum silencers to loosen over time.

Important

When using any exhaust system, whether black, chrome or raw metal, heat generated around the exhaust bend may cause the following:

• Black painted exhausts may experience paint deterioration.
• Chrome and raw metal exhausts may discolor.

An incorrectly adjusted ignition timing or a main jet that is too small can cause excessive exhaust port temperatures, increasing the chance of discoloration. No warranty is provided against discoloration or paint deterioration on the exhaust bend.
