Description

The most common problem with the Gilera / Italjet 125-180CC 2-stroke models is that the subframe rubbers start to wear out. This results in poor road handling, a crooked engine block under your scooter, or tremendous vibrations while driving. As these are parts that are constantly in motion, and rubber dries out and dusts over time, they will wear excessively. With this revision set, you have all the necessary parts at home to get rid of the problem!

Do not tighten the bolts too much, as this will prevent your subframe from getting stuck. It is best to tighten them with a torque wrench!

We advise the following tightening torques for this set:

Swingarm - Engine: 33 to 41NM

Swingarm - Frame: 33 to 41NM

Shock absorber - Engine: 33 to 41NM
