The Top Performances TPR Racing 80cc cylinder kit is designed for maximum performance on Minarelli AM6 liquid-cooled 2-stroke engines. Suitable for manual motorcycles equipped with AM6 or AM5 engine types.

With a 50 mm bore and standard 39 mm stroke, this cylinder delivers approximately 80cc displacement, providing significantly more power, stronger acceleration and higher top speed compared to standard 50cc cylinders.

Manufactured from high-quality aluminium, it ensures excellent heat dissipation and consistent performance. The modular cylinder head with separate inner and outer head (combustion chamber) improves cooling efficiency and compression. Featuring 5 transfer ports and a butterfly exhaust port for optimal gas flow.

Note: Not suitable for use with a standard crankshaft. A reinforced crankshaft is strongly recommended. Proper carburetor jetting and tuning are essential for optimal reliability and performance.
