Malossi MHR Replica 80cc 50mm Cylinder Kit – Derbi D50B0 From 2006

The Malossi MHR Replica 80cc 50mm cylinder kit is designed for Derbi and Aprilia manual motorcycles equipped with the D50B0 engine (from 2006). This liquid-cooled aluminium cylinder offers a strong balance between performance and durability.

With a 50 mm bore, the cylinder delivers approximately 80cc displacement. It features a large oval exhaust port with two additional booster ports and 5 transfer ports for improved gas flow.

The MHR Replica is not an imitation cylinder. Malossi calls it “Replica” because it is a street-oriented version of the MHR racing line. Thanks to the 2-ring piston, it is more durable and better suited for daily use than the full MHR Team version.

Also compatible with Euro4 models when using an adapter for the temperature sensor.
